Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
？ Ensure the complete utility availability of the plant BMS system
？ 确保整个BMS系统有效运行
？ Responsible for development and implementation of above mentioned system start-up, functional testing, PM procedure and schedule;
？ 协助完成BMS系统的启动运行，功能的测试及执行项目管理的步骤和计划等工作
？ Maintain the plant in a manner that the accepted plant performances are achieved and the quality criteria’s fulfil the required limits and parameters
？ 确保系统在工厂相关质量技术要求范围内运行
？ Comply with AT&S EHS and disciplinary regulations
？ 遵守AT&S 环保、卫生及安全规范和厂纪厂规
Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务:
？ Maintain BMS system under SOP
？ 按照标准操作规程操作及维护系统
？ Take detailed records of the daily operating
？ 做好日常操作记录
？ Judge variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practice;
？ 根据相关参数要求对系统实际运行中出现的问题进行检测及改进
？ Responsible for the sustaining mode operation in healthy track and drive operation related technical issues;
？ 确保系统持续有效地运行，解决运行中出现的问题
？ Communication and coordination with others to make sure above systems project hand over safety, cost, quality and schedule meet AT&S expectation; 根据公司要求协调处理有关系统的移交、安全、成本及时间的控制等工作
？ Work closely with engineer for the system capacity analysis to meet site growth need;
？ 协助工程师对系统进行分析以提高运行能力
？ Develop and participate in the controls, electrical and process mechanical for Tech training and certification program;
？ 参与及协助进行有关系统内电器及机械控制技术的培训
？ Own BMS/control systems in ensuring providing high quality and uninterrupted supply of service to the facility and lead these system's reliability improving;
？ 保证BMS控制系统平稳、有效运行的同时提高系统运行的可靠性
Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:


Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？ Skills in the area of control systems, have experience in HVAC controls, BMS/FMS, etc; 具有一定的HVAC自动控制系统的工作经验
？ Familiar with PLC products, Understand low and PLC drawing, experience in Siemens PLC and WINCC preferred.熟悉PLC设备及控制，能看明白弱电图及PLC图纸，有Siemens WINCC及PLC的经验更佳
？ Be familiar with industry internet, Knowing how to building the RS232、RS485、Profibus-DP industry internet .对RS232、RS485、Profibus-DP等网络的搭建有所了解.
？ Basic English communication skills in reading and writing 基本英语读写能力
？ Computer skills – Process control system as basic understanding会基本电脑操作
？ Above college degree in Electronics, controls or electrical engineering or equivalent technical degree with a minimum of 1 years of start up and sustaining; 技校/中专毕业，电子/电气工程相关专业，一年以上工作经验
？ Hard-working and able to work under the pressure工作勤奋，能承受工作压力
？ Good team spirit良好的 团队工作精神。
？ Interdisciplinary thinking and acting能通晓相关专业知识
