JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assure that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the　company's accounting policies, chart of accounts and related accounting principles and　practices, and that subordinate ledgers reconcile with the general ledger
• Supervise period-end closing and drive accuracy and timeliness of reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal control policy and procedure
• Assist Treasury to implement cash management in China
• Assist the Finance Director on ad-hoc projects and supervising Finance team

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in finance or accounting, CPA preferred.
• No less than 8 years' experience in finance & accounting with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity in finance department of foreign invested companies
• Good language capabilities for both English & Chinese, CET grade 6 for English
• Strong skills in Excel and ERP application to financial accounting, Oracle is preferred
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independent, and of good interpersonal skills
