Responsibilities:

• Answering and transferring phone calls in appropriate manner
• Air ticket, hotel bookings for Corporate and BUs travelers
• Shared office conference rooms arrangement
• Courier services and correspondence collection and distribution
• Stationery purchasing and Business Cards making
• Monthly billings check and expenses claim
• Other task assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or above, major in English preferred
• 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Fluent English in answering incoming calls and internal communications
• MS office skill
• Nice appearance & Good mannered
• Patience and detail-oriented
