JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage Phone Switchboard

? Answer phone calls courteously and professionally

? Transfer calls to the right persons

2. Visitor Reception

? Greet visitors

? Inform right person of visitor’s arrival

3. Admin Support

? Book ticket for flight/train ? Manage the stock of stationery

? Make reservation for hotel

4.Secretary to Director - Corporate and Government Relations

? Travel and meeting calendar management

? Sort and keep document etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or equivalent education in secretarial studies, office administration or other related field
• 1 years’ experience as receptionist or secretary in multi-national companies
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Responsible and customer oriented
