The main missions of the role are:
1、maintains on going communications with suppliers to monitor their schedules / forcasts , identifies and reports potential problems, issues or concerns that may affect the facility production schedules, requirements, inventory, and transportation.
维护并保持与供应商之间的关系，并跟踪他们的预测，跟踪并处理潜在的问题，关注容易引起生产预测、需求、库存及出货之间的问题；
2、co-ordinates and resolves problems, issues or concerns that affect MP&L, packaging, scheduling, etc.
配合并解决因物料、包装、计划等引起的问题；
3、Focus master production planning sheet in response to the latest forecast and delivery request
关注主生产计划，及时响应并更新客户的预测和库存需求；
4、improve the service, efficiency, cost and effectiveness of our international supply chain process
提升服务、效率，降低成本，从实际来提升我们的供应链过程的效率
5、handle payment issue resolving with vendors
及时处理向供应商的付款问题
6、monitor inventory levels to control it to a safety volume and invole in cycle counts
监控库存水平并将库存量控制在安全范围内；
7、import and export regulatory compliance and documentation
对进出口货物进行监控，并整理相关文件
8、other duties with customers and suppliers assigned during project development and pro-duction
在整个项目过程中配合客户和供应商进行相关项目的跟踪；

Basic requirement:
1、University graduate, At least 3 years experiences in related area;
2、Self-motivation and performance oriented; Good service attitude, patient, Passion, dedication, high sense of responsibility.
3、Good communication skill; Good command of computer;
4、Knowledgeable of production planning, material planning and inventory control
5、At least 2 years relevant working experience in MNC.
6、Fluent in English & Chinese both in writing and oral.
