职位描述
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business with assigned customers in West China and preserving the business within the Account
1、Managing the relationship between our company and assigned Accounts/Customers
2、Providing timely quotation of new business by internally driving the quote process
3、Preparing pricing proposals, reviewing them with customers and address any concerns
4、Developing a customer relationships in order to identify new opportunities
5、Negotiating long term contracts, new production pricing (annual productivity, design and/or
process change related, new product, etc.), warranty terms & conditions, prototype prices.
6、Addressing customer concerns or issues as they arise by determining who at our company
is best suited to resolve it and marshalling company resources to address the concern to
the customer’s satisfaction.
7、Support Sales Account Manager for customer visiting / other activities in RA Chengdu
8、Other works assigned by his supervisor
Requirements:
1、Teamwork, careful, active and diligent personality
2、Candidates with bachelor's degrees in management or engineering
3、At least 2 years work experience in a sales or project management position for Chang An Ford, international T1 system suppliers.
4、Depth knowledge about Automotive OEMs, especially for Chang’an Ford
5、Knowledge about engine, exterior, interior and chassis
6、Ideally knowledge about plastic injection / blow moulding and compression moulding processes
7、Must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills
8、Ability to manage an account/customer, or more than one, which entails in-depth knowledge of contract negotiations, project management and customer systems
9、Spoken and Written English and Mandarin fluently when communication
10、First about 1 year will be trained in RA Suzhou/Kunshan, and then back to RA Chengdu
