Responsibilities :
We are currently seeking creative and innovative professionals for a Business Analyst role within our organisation. Suitable candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Provide technical expertise in the design, development and delivery of business solutions, specifically as they apply to multi-currency, multi-lingual, cross-country business organisation;
• Perform data and reports analysis on finance and related areas as they apply to multi-currency, multi-lingual, cross-country business organisation;
• Conduct comprehensive understanding, elicitation and analysis of user requirements to propose and design high quality end-to-end solutions, including changes to business processes, applications and technologies;
• Manage the systems development life cycle process by participating in the development of prototypes, execution of tests and deployment of software applications;
• Work closely with and cultivate strong relationships with end users and across teams to deliver business solutions; and
• Write systems and program documentation.

Requirements:

• Background and experience in a multi-currency, multi-lingual, cross-country business environment;
• Strong skills in data analytics and related tools such as Excel, SQL scripting;
• Proven experience in translating data and other technical information into business language and have a meaningful consultation with business stakeholders and end-users;
• Motivated self-starter who can think out of the box and displays strong initiative and drive. Have strong interpersonal, analytical, organisational and communication skills;
• Good team player committed to the collective success of the organisation;
• Solid command of spoken and written English and preferably Chinese;
• Self-managing and able to work independently and under pressure;
• Knowledge in .NET, MS SQL, HTML, XML and CSS would be an advantage;
• University degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline with at least two years' working experience as a Business Analyst in a software application development organisation, for projects in the Finance areas;
• Experience in financial systems and applications, management reporting and business intelligence would be a definite advantage; and
• Those with less experience may be considered for a junior Business Analyst role.
