ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
With the highest efficiency of the factory system, standardization, to meet customer and product requirement.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible for the overall planning, production, engineering, EHS management in the plant.
PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Key Internal Relationships: All production employee, all management teams.
Key External Relationships: providers connected with production
REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree, major in mechanical, chemical or automotive.
5 plus years manufacturing management experience; at least 1-2 years in automotive industry; experience with 1-2 skills (such as plastics molding, robot, stamping, metal forming, welding) will be preferred.
Understand lean production tools & experienced with lean manufacturing.
Experience with facilitating some modules with is preferred.
Experience with manufacturing during the grow-up period.
Technical background & mechanical maintenance experience is preferred.
Familiar with TS16949 items & requirements.
Can demonstrate good communication & presentation skills.
Must be fluent in both written & spoken English.
Duties include, but not limited to, the following:
Overall management of assigned production line; man, material, machine & method.
Maintain & continuously improve KPIs with coaching & direct production & process engineering team.
Implement lean tools to continuously drive manufacturing excellence.
Work closely with quality team to ensure all quality systems implemented in shop floor.
Cooperate with program team to smoothly launch new programs & process.
Secure an open/fair/safe working environment.
