职位描述
1 Main Responsibilities 
· Responsible for solution implementation based on the defined solution according to the agreement between customer and Ericsson. 
· Responsible for providing the contracted customer support service according to agreed service level agreement, Ericsson policy and processes. 
· Responsible for service security and quality control by following up customer and Ericsson processes. 
· Responsible for own competence development and actively contribute to others’ competence development. 
· Actively follow up relevant process to perform configuration management activities. 
· Actively support presale activity on demand. 
· Actively identify add on sales opportunity according to SOG process. 
· Actively follow up KSO program to share experience  
2 Main Activities 
· Support presales activities, including pre-studies and support to SA. 
· Configure an upgrade of existing network or a new network build according to defined solution. 
· Perform integration test and cutover activities by following applicable processes and defined specifications. 
· Analyze the customers’ existing Networks/ systems needs and requirements, in co-operation with the solution architect. 
· Propose an implementation solution for the customers in co-operation with the solution architect. 
· Secure that the delivered solution is properly implemented and works in accordance with the customers agreed requirements 
· Document the implemented solution, and support the customer with the needed competence development to be able to use the solutions. 
· Handle customer support request according to Ericsson process and defined service level agreement.  
· Handle emergency customer support request to secure live system and service. 
· Coach other colleagues to build up relevant competence. 
· Carrying out other duties as may be assigned by the Manager of SI Delivery/Support.  
 3 Qualifications and Key Competences 
· Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering, computer science, telecom/datacom engineering or a relevant area; 
· Min. 3 years system integration or support experience in telecom value added service, or BSS service, or OSS service; 
· Rich experience in Linux/Unix operation and management; 
· Rich experience in Oracle/Mysql DB operation and management; 
· Familiar with IP network, and good experience in network device integration, including switch, firewall, router, load balance switch; 
· Familiar with High Available(HA) architecture in telecom solution; 
· Basic knowledge on GSM/GPRS; 
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills; 
· Self-motivated, Strong learning competence and communication skills; 
· Good in writing and speaking English;
