PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
主要职责

? There are two areas of production, MIG welding and Mechanical assembling.
主要负责气体保护焊和装配工段.
? Process engineering and machine planning.
负责工艺过程和设备计划
? Provide machine specifications on basis of set targets.
在目标设定的基础上设定设备参数
? Select and suggest machine suppliers, negotiate technical agreements with Automation suppliers, do pre- and final acceptance of machines and supervise installation and commissioning.
选择和删选供应商，与汽车行业供应商进行技术谈判，预处理和最终验收设备,并指导安装和试运行
? Assist in developing annual company budget.
协助制定公司的年度预算
? Develop means of improving production methods to increase output and reduce scrap.
提高生产方法以增加产量和减少报废
? Assure that technical and engineering guidance and directions are provided in a timely manner to support operations.
确保及时为生产运营提供有效的技术和工艺的指导与支持.

? Determine needs and coordinate actions required to maintain standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

? Train, instruct and motivate an effective work force of qualified machine operators capable of meeting area goals set by the company objectives and company’s quality management systems procedures.

? Interface and coordinate with production control (logistic), manufacturing, quality assurance and design engineering in establishing production schedules in order to provide systematic setting of priorities and schedules.

REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:
岗位要求

? Bachelor degree, Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing field with proven record of experience.
本科学历，至少3年以上机械行业工作经验
? Languages: Chinese - English oral & written essential.
英语书面、口语良好.
? At least 3 years working experience in an automotive or automotive supplier company.
3年以上汽车或汽车供应商行业工作经验.
