>负责资料归档、文书档案及人事档案的管理工作；
>劳动合同的管理，有关合同的续签及时了解合同监管工作动态，做好调查研究工作；
>每月及时办理员工社保增减员，整理社保缴费明细；
>统计编制各类人事统计报表；
>协助上级推行公司各类规章制度的实施；
>办理入、离职手续以及员工的工资和考勤结算；
>执行各项公司规章制度，处理员工奖惩事宜；
>协助部门领导做好行政人事部其它的工作。
>完成上级临时交办的工作。
