Main Responsibilities and Duties

Support store Facility organization setup and develop

· Assist Facility manger to support new store to setup FM team.

· Develop new store FM competence and secure new store will follow the FM routines and standard

· Develop new store facility team into an efficient and successful team

· Work closely & align with the Deputy Facility Manager

Construction Project involves and support

· Give constructive inputs to the project from facility management point of view

· Support store to take over building from construction and help store to manage the guarantee issues

· Support store set up training plan with project team.

Facility management business develop

· Assist Facility manger to improve the existing working process and routine

· Develop CAFM system in country level and ensure new store use it smoothly.

A strong understanding of IKEA concept, standard and business plan

4-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably retail environment facility management

Experience in construction

Overall M&E installation and maintenance knowledge
