Main Responsibilities:

Construction preparation:
- Managing the design phase
- Manage the Project budgeting
- Leading the permitting process

Construction execution
- Leading external Consultants
-. Leading the Construction Companies
- construction time schedule follow up
- Leading the Change Order Management
- Authority and Government Liaison


Construction Reporting
- responsible for the project reporting once a month (CFU)
- IKEA representative towards the Construction Companies
- to close the Construction Project budget
Main Requirements
- 10 years management experience preferably with in construction business and in the site management
- Adequate university/Bachelor degree or equivalent knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Basic knowledge and understanding of China construction market
- Basic knowledge of the China Expansion Strategy
- Basic knowledge and expirience about financial controlling.
