1、负责所辖区域销售指标的达成；
2、根据所辖区域的销售指标，制定月度、季度、年度的销售计划表，并有效实施；定期提交每周、每月、每季度销售工作报告；
3、严格执行公司的销售策略；
4、负责区域销售费用的预算及管理，控制合理的销售费用；
5、确保销售合同的回款；
6、严格保密公司的价格策略、市场策略、客户信息等商业机密；
7、完成公司产品在市场的品牌推广，拜访区域内客户，建立、管理客户档案；
8、定期将区域内的市场信息、竞争对手情况上报公司，协助公司制定销售策略；
9、发展、管理、服务好当地代理商；
10、本区域业务之规划、发展及管理，根据业务发展组建、管理区域销售团队。

任职资格
1、大专以上学历，有工作经验者优先考虑。
2、具备良好的沟通能力、判断能力、协调能力；
3、普通话流利，具备良好的语言表达能力；
4、以结果为导向，很好的执行力，能承受工作压力；
5、正直诚信，爱岗敬业，吃苦耐劳，对工作充满热情；
6、能适应经常出差。
