1、准备TP文档报告
2、在中国领导TP审计
3、处理任何国家的关于转让价格的具体问题
4、为其他团队成员作TP培训
工作要求:
1、在转让定价领域至少3年的相关工作经验
2、会计、财务、税务或法律本科学士学位优先,有注册税务师（CTA）资质优先
3、与商业领袖和处理复杂的税收问题时有较强的沟通能力
4、与政府和税务官员交流，有强大的分析和谈判技巧
5、熟练使用办公软件,如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等
6、有4大会计师事务所工作经验优先,有TP /国际税收从业经历者优先
7、高尚的个人道德和团队精神
8、良好的中文和英语能力,口语(普通话)和书写
9、适应出差

Tax manager (TP)

Job Description:

Prepare TP documentation reports

Lead defense of TP audits in China

Monitor of any country specific issues with respect to transfer price matters

TP training for other team members

Job Requirement:

At least 3 years' relevant experience in transfer pricing

University/Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Taxation and/or Law, Certified Tax Agent (“CTA”) qualification would be a plus

Strong communication skills to interact with business leaders and senior management on complex tax matters

Strong analytical & negotiation skills with government & taxation officials

Familiar with office series software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm would be preferred, and knowledge of TP/international taxes would be a plus

High personal ethics and team attitude

Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral (Mandarin) and written

Ability to travel
