Responsibility:

1. Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model;

2. Develops and manages specialized programs to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin;

3. Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal;

4. Responsible for continue margin improvement activity and manage normal ECN/VEVA etc change controls and LTA negotiation;

5. Negotiates or assists in the negotiation of customer contracts;

6. Maintains good relationships with OE customers and responsible for collecting OE/OES customers needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations;

7. Support function head to complete yearly cycle plan and budget build up.

Requirements:

8. Fluent in English and Chinese;

9. Bachelor Degree in Arts (Business, Finance, Economic) or in Engineering;

10. Minimum of five (5) years working experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2;

11. Minimum of Seven (7) years commercial Sales Experience;

12. Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and build up quotation;

13. Computer Skills (1->5 with 5 being expert).

14. Experience interacting with clients in all global regions;

15. Languages: German (most preferable), Japanese (nice);

16. Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics;

17. Experience in launching programs (after award but before SOP);

18. Experience with tooling and capital;

19. Experience with below OEMs.
