Responsibility:

1. Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal;

2. Responsible for continue margin improvement activity and manage normal ECN/VEVA etc change controls and LTA negotiation;

3. Negotiates or assists in the negotiation of customer contracts;

4. Maintains good relationships with OE customers and responsible for collecting OE/OES customers needs and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations;

5. Support function head to complete yearly cycle plan and budget build up.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English and Chinese;

2. Bachelor Degree;

3. Minimum of three (3) years working experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2;

4. Minimum of Five (5) years commercial Sales Experience;

5. Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and build up quotation;

6. Computer Skills (1->5 with 5 being expert);

b. PowerPoint >= 3

c. Word >= 3

Preferred Items That Shortlist a Good Candidate

1. Reviewing costed bills of material;

2. Read prints;

3. Price negotiation;

4. Bump charts;

5. OI roadmap and VAVE;

6. Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metrics;

7. LTA negotiation experience;

8. Experience in launching programs (after award but before SOP);

9. Experience with tooling and capital;

10.Exposure to seating;

11.Exposure to metals processing, metals manufacturing, stamping.
