Responsibility：

-Support and advise our dealerships to handle customer complaints.
-Guide dealers to handle complaints better and improve their working progress under 3R regulation.
-Coordinate the communication between our dealers and Porsche China.
-Contact with customer directly if necessary.
-Meet/negotiate with customers, customers’ lawyers or some government officers.
-Review dealers' Chinese or English business letter to reply customer's query with our lawyers.
-Contact closely with Marketing/PR Dept. & review dealers' media statement with Marketing/PR together.
-Coordinate with the legal counsel and involve in some customer complaint legal cases.
-Maintain the database to monitor, update & follow up customer inquiries & complaints from the market and maintain good relationship with customers.
-Assist/attend adhoc projects.

Job Requirements：
Education Level & Professional Qualification:
-Diploma degree or above. Major in laws will be a plus.
-Logic thinking and professional work attitude.
-Fluent in written and spoken English.
-Familiar with word, excel, PPT and Lotus.

Years of experience:
-5-year expenrience on customer complaint handling, automobile background will be a plus.

-Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
-Strong at negotiation.
-Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
-Attention to detail.
-Excellent coordination skill.
-Able to work independently or work with a team.
