职位描述
The main missions of the role are:
1. Assit the Manager to formulate and perform Human Resources Management system, work flow and business forms; formulate and implement human resources aim, objectives and budget, including resources allocation, salary and benefits, recruitment, performance management, employee communication; ensure to support the company to achieve its goal effectively;
协助上级建立健全人力资源管理制度、工作流程、业务表单等,制定实施人力资源目标、计划及预算,包括资源配置、工资福利、招聘、业绩管理、员工沟通等,确保有效支持公司目标的实现;
2. In charge of the formulation and promotion of HR policies among employees; assist the Manager to deal with labor relations, community relations, employee communication and the coordination, communication with related government departments; monitor the implementation of related company’s HR policies, ensure the company’s daily operation to fit with related policies and law of the Chinese Governments;
负责执行并向员工宣传公司相关人事政策,配合上级处理劳资关系、社区关系、员工交流以及与政府相关部门的协调和沟通;对公司人事管理实施监督、确保公司的日常运作等符合中国政府相关政策和法律;
3. In charge of the performance assessment, assist the Manager to explore potential employee, formulate and supervise personal development plan and successor development plan;
组织完成绩效评估,同时协助上级发掘高潜质员工,制定并监督执行相应个人发展计划及继任者计划;
4. In charge of the implementation of the procedures and policies of the company‘s payment and benefits, such as attendance report, the calculation and distribution of salary and bonus, the payment of the income tax; in charge of the management and payment of social insurance and housing fund; Ensure the accuracy ,timeliness of the social insurance and housing fund on the basis of related national regulations; Maintain a good relationship of related Government Administrative Departments;
负责执行公司薪酬福利流程及政策,如考勤处理、工资及奖金的计算、发放、所得税缴纳等;负责管理并缴纳公司员工社会保险及住房公积金,严格执行国家有关规定,确保社保及住房公积金相关信息的准确性、及时性;并与相关政府管理部门保持良好关系;
5. Conduct annual salary survey and analyze external market data to ensure market competitiveness;
实施年度薪酬调研,分析对比外部市场数据以确保公司薪酬的竞争性;
6. Make proposal on annual salary review and develop efficient tool to support;
拟订年度调薪计划并开发有效调薪工具;
7. Coordinate the implementation of bonus programs for managers and co-workers to ensure clear and in time communication;
协调实施公司奖金项目,确保经理和员工能得到及时清晰地沟通;
8. Responsible for the development and implementation of C&B system, such as HRMS, KRONOS;
负责C&B 各种系统的使用,例如人事管理系统HRMS,考勤管理系统KRONOS;
9. In charge of employee insurance (accident insurance) and physical examination matters. ;
负责员工保险(意外伤害险)及员工体检事宜;
10. Fill in and analyze various types of personnel statistical reports;
填制和分析各类人事统计报表;
11. Fulfill other work assigned by the Manager.
完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
Basic requirement:
- Bachelor Degree, Major in HR management or business administration.
大学本科,人力资源管理或管理类专业
- Good command of English both in written and spoken.
良好的书面及口头英语表述能力
- Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft office Software .
良好的计算机应用能力, 尤其是擅长office 办公软件
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
良好的人际沟通能力
- Optimization and prioritization of tasks.

- Detail and result oriented. Detailed and down-to-earth attitude.

- At least 3 years relevant working experience in MNC.
