Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？Continuous consultation with Engineering Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting),
？Communication with the related production departments.
？Communication with internal and external suppliers (chemical and equipment suppliers, material suppliers, supplier quality department, other production departments) and internal customers (production departments of following processes, quality department), PE/CAM, CSC and others.
？Manage projects for related process improvement, capability studies, parameter improvement and other topics
？Successfully lead project teams across production and engineering departments
？Responsible for installation of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analyses; put into operation, support qualification and implementation in production)
？Support process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources and materials efficiently.
？Support production departments in problems solving of key quality and process issues.
？Work in accordance with AT&S quality system. Use templates and databases for documentation.
？Keep contact to suppliers and work together with them on developments.
？Ensure technological development.
？Implementation of relevant norms and standards.
？Ensure process standardisation.
？Follow environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？Completion of higher technical college (preferably with specialisation in electronic, mechanical or plastic engineering)
？4+ years experience in PCB industry required
？Experience in manufacturing of rigid-flex PCB
？Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and planning of experiments advantageous
？Fluent written and oral English
？Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
？Good stress management skills
？Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
？Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well)
？Good communication skills
