Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
？Monitor compliance with quality procedures throughout the organisation.
？Define necessary measurements to assure and improve product quality.
？Permanent searching for improvements of quality, productivity, costs optimisation to increase customer satisfaction.
？Lead cross-functional projects to improve yield, reliability, customer service or technical related issues.
？Early Reliability Improvement from the design
？Cost Cutting by early design optimization
？Support to maintain TS16949 system in PE-CAM area and develop the processes.
？Provide training and guidance to technicians
？Contact window between QE, SQM, Management system team, PE, CAM and CSE
？Reporting to Quality Service Manager
？Act as customer representative within the organisation by addressing the needs of the customer in specification and reporting requirements within the AT&S organisation
？Ensure all quality relevant customer requirements are known in time throughout the organisation
？Support for TFC review for outcome of the TFC review is reflected in the Management System (e.g. SSS, CP, FMEA,…)
？Ensure a proper customer reporting system, which is maintained and frequently improved.
？Leading of Tooling Release Team
？Ensure a proper tooling release process
？Prepare quality reporting to management
？Responsible for the Mechanical and Routing Release Workflow

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
？Technical background (Bachelor +), 3 years experience in related industry
？Basic experience in quality standards (ISO 9001, TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001))
？Fluent in English
？Strong analytical skills
？Stress resistant.
？Precise and open communication.
？Decisiveness and good social skills
？Ability to represent the company to customers
？Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well).
