Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:

n Sustainable optimisation of maintenance process and procedures within his area of responsibility in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and costs.

n 持续最优化整个维修部门的工艺流程，满足质量，生产能力和成本的要求.

n Review of employments for this area of responsibility.

n 对所在区域的员工进行评估

n Cooperate permanent improvements of production equipment, process within his area of responsibility

n 对所属区域内负责的生产设备, 工艺及管理流程持续改进

n Set up and continuously improve a preventive and predictive maintenance system within his area of responsibility

n 在所属区域不断进行可预防性和可预见性的系统性保养

n Provide necessary information for planning and decision making to his Superior and the Process Engineers within his area of responsibility.

n 负责在所属区域提供有效信息和相关计划给上级做计划或决定

n Coordinate activities with internal and external suppliers in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and costs.

n 协调内部和外部资源，满足质量，生产能力和成本的要求

n Prepare activities of spare parts preparation and handling in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and costs.

n 负责备品备件的管理，满足质量，生产能力和成本的要求

n Check and maintain discipline within his area of responsibility (breaks, work attitude, obligation to carry ID, 8D Report status, Yield Review, etc.)

n 检查和健全所属区域的纪律（违纪，工作态度，ID，8D报告，产出回顾等等）

n Continuous consultation with Production Department about relevant tasks within his area of responsibility (incl. respective reporting)

n 对所属区域的相关任务持续不断地和生产部门进行协商讨论（包括独立的报告）

n Other Job assignment from superior.

n 完成其他由公司主管安排的工作

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:

n Good team player and team leader

n 良好的团队领导能力和组织能力

n Technical Background in electrical and / or mechanical engineering required.

n 机械，电气工程背景

n Experience in related industry advantageous.

n 具有相关经验的优先

n Fluent written and oral English

n 具有熟练的英文读写和口语能力

n Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, SAP)
