职位描述
1.Job Purpose/Job Objectives/ 工作目标:
- Develop training programs and plan and work together with internal and external training resource to make sure the annual training plan be implemented smoothly.
2.Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:
- Set up annual training plan according to employee requirement & company budget.
- Coordinate with internal & external training source to implement the training plan.
- Keep improving training process.
- Set up and modify training policy according to business development.
- Maintain necessary training report and follow up qualification matrix.
- Develops and implements appropriate training strategies, courseware and job-aids to support and steam line the learning process.
- Monitor performance management system operation.
- Other assignments according to the HR manager’s arrangement.
3.Managerial Functions/ 管理职能:
- Provide leadership and participates in the training team, implementation and marketing of new learning alternatives and deliverables for target audiences.
- Supports the implementation of the overall Learning & Development strategy from corp.
- Provides leadership and guidance to internal trainers.
- Analyzes the results and recommends training programs for local implementation to address and improve deficiencies across the full spectrum of Learning & Development solutions (Management and Non-Management applications).
- Implements a site analysis process to address business needs and the gaps that require solutions.
- Give effective coaching to other members in T&D team.
4.Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
- 5 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work in a manner that allows for timely completion of projects.
- Be familiar with local labour law and regulations.
- Have the acuteness of perception, discernment.
- Be innovative and always desire for finding better approach for better solution.
- Good social skills
