Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:

- Time management, TM:时间管理
- Carry out and evaluate time studies in the production.执行时间研究。
- Carry out and evaluate studies of machine log files.执行机器日记分析
- Setup accurate plan times of the processes and keep them up to date.建立和维护计划时间
- Monitor plan times and react to deviations to the actual production times.监控计划时间并对计划和实际的时间偏差做出反应
- Regular review and reporting of time variance with reasons and corrective action plans.定期审核报告时间偏差，原因和改善行动
- Keep all time deviation within the set targets.保证时间偏差在目标内
- Regular checks on the production throughputs to find abnormalities and avoid higher deviation in advance.定期检查生产产出，发现不正常并提前避免高偏差
- Create and maintain TM related documentation and time calculation/analysis tools.创建和维护和时间相关的文件，有关时间计算和分析的工具
- Handle process change requests and S.S.S. document updates.处理和时间管理相关的流程更改申请和SSS的更新
- Variant configuration, VC:变量配置
- Create and maintain plan time calculations and time tables for each production step.创建和维护每个生产流程的计划时间计算，及必要的时间表格
- Define and monitor the BOM and analyse deviation between planned and actually used materials.定义和监控相关BOM生产物料，并进行偏差分析。
- Cost saving and production improvements:成本节约和效率提升
- Find ways to improve the efficiency of the production and processes and find potentials for cost reduction.找到提高生产效率和降低成本的方法
- Support the production on all process optimizations, productivity improvements, cost reductions, etc.支持生产部门进行流程优化，生产率提高，和降低成本等活动。

Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:

- Exact and precise style of working.严谨的工作态度。
- Completion of a university.大学本科毕业。
- Good negotiation and communication skills. 良好的谈判技巧和沟通技巧。
- Knowledge in the functionality of SAP R/3 and MS Office.能够熟练操作SAP R/3 和MS Office软件。
- IE Knowledge.有一定的工艺工程知识。
- Fluent written and oral English.良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练的口语。
- Experience in the PCB or related industry.PCB行业或相关工业的工作经验。
