Main Responsibilities and Duties

Business follow ups and reporting
？ Responsible in-store business performance follow ups and communication.
？ Provide business reporting and related analysis by kinds of periodic reports in sales, margin, costs, productivity and other KPIs for store constant performance improvement.

Business performance analysis and steering
？ Use benchmarking and store clusters to identify potentials, communicate the findings to the store management team and implement proven solutions.
？ Secure the financial performance in line with goals and to highlight deviations and potentials, in order that store can take action to achieve goals.
？ Work together with commercial team in analysing benefits, costs and investments to ensure the good return on investments.

Financial budget and forecast
？ Support BNOM in co-ordinating the yearly financial budget and communicating the goals to related parties in the store and SO BN.
？ Co-ordinate and communicate the bi-monthly financial forecasts throughout the year.
？ Contribute in the store scenario plan.

Others
？ To be the super user for the financial system in the store such as CODA, COGNOS, TEC etc.
？ To be involved in the cost efficiency activities.
？ To ensure financial and accounting routines implemented in the store.

Requirements:

Knowledge
A strong understanding of the IKEA culture, value, concept
Good IKEA stores & business knowledge
Understand the profit and loss and how to affect its result through actions
Develop knowledge of the local market and business conditions
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
