职位描述
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Provide 1st level IT support (Single Point of Contact) including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, emails etc.
· Diagnose and advise user on appropriate action to resolve technical hardware and software issues
· Perform remote technical trouble shooting and provide First Contact Resolution where possible
· Document all reported incidents and service request via ticketing system.
· Redirect request to appropriate support team when necessary
· Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
· Track and document work log/resolutions for the tickets
· Ensure tickets are responded and resolved within the SLA
Education and Experience
· Diploma in Computer studies or equivalent
· Good Knowledge of MS Office, Win 7, VPN, Lotus Notes, IE, network connectivity, shared folder, MS Outlook, Citrix Receiver, McAfee, Webex
· With 2-3 years of solid working experience in level 1 help desk support
· Knowledge of ticket tracking applications
· Knowledge and experience in customer service and troubleshooting incidents
· Good telephone manner and have good communication skills
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Multilingual capability in Japanese or Korean is an advantage
