Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of group financial statements and Budget in compliance with International Financial Accounting Standards;
2. Fully responsible for the legal entity financial reporting to corporate (according IFRS), for reporting to the Chinese authorities (Chinese GAAP), and tax reporting;
3. Preparation and review of monthly consolidation of the Group;
4. Lead, prepare and review the group accounting policies and advise management on the implication of new or change in accounting standards affecting the Group;
5. Preparation Analysis of the company’s performance;
6. Lead the annual group audit and liaise with external auditors;
7. Work closely with business units’ finance & accounting teams to ensure financial results of business units are properly prepared in accordance with group accounting policy and principles;

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or similar relevant background;
2. At least 5 years experience in accounting/finance, experiences in financial service centre is highly preferable;
3. Mature, independent, self-motivated and good inter-personal skill;
4. Good command of English
