Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for timekeeping management.
负责考勤管理；

Responsible for personnel information and basic data management.
负责人事信息以及基础数据的管理；

Responsible for all HR related statistics, such as benefit, subsidy, OT hours and salary, behaviour misconduct, etc.
负责HR相关的统计工作，如员工福利、补贴、加班时数、加班工资、违纪记录等；

Responsible for delivery and management of benefit to employee;
负责员工福利的发放及管理；

Support team member in HR related job such as recruitment preparation, CV filtering, training, staff activity etc.;
协助部门在招聘准备、简历筛选、培训准备、员工活动等方面进行工作；

Other duties assigned by the supervisor
由上级主管指派的其它任务。

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, Fluent English and good computer skills.
正规相关专业本科及以上学历，英语流利，电脑操作熟练；

More than 1 year working experience in HR, and experience in foreign capital enterprise is preferred.
1年以上人力资源相关工作经验，外资企业从业经验者优先；

Honesty and diligence, attends to details, Strong sense of responsibility, Good communication ability and and team work capabilities, 为人诚实勤奋, 工作细致；具备较强的责任心；良好的沟通能力与团队协作能力；

Good endurance of more work depress.
能够承受较大的工作压力。
