3-5 years Experience in Luxury shop management
3-5年的在奢侈品店铺管理的经验
Excellent Management & Communication/relationship building skills

Excellent appearance and grooming
良好的形象气质
Energetic, Driven, customer-oriented

Computer literate

Chinese National with good spoken English

Passion for Luxury Retail Industry

Main responsibilities:

Store staff management:
员工管理:
Train and coach shop staff to ensure perfect knowledge of the brand universe and history
负责培训和训练店铺员工，传达品牌背景及历程
Coach and motivate shop staff to ensure achievement of sales target
指导以及激励员工来确保达到销售目标
Store operations management:
店铺运营管理:
Ensure all front office operations efficiently and correctly done (inventory, stock transfers, sales operations management etc)
确保所有前线部门运营有效及正确的完成 （存货盘点，库存转让，销售运营管理等）
Ensure efficient management of collection and customer data
有效管理并搜集客户资料

Ensure that all aspects of shop correspond to brand requirements: cleanliness of shop, shop staff grooming, visual merchandising and display...
