Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for technical materials (documents, bids, drawings, reporting etc) translation, check, release, printing and filing.
2. Assist and follow up of standard and new implemented procedures/operative instructions within the activities connected to the department.
3. Support and assist department manager in making adequate working planning and contributing in follow it up to ensure it is properly executed.
Main Requirements:
1.Good English level (speaking and writing).
2.Good command of MS Office SW package and other standard office SW (e.g. acrobat, internet, etc.).
3.Good communication and organizational skills.
4.Few local and oversea trips are needed.
