Job Description:

Identify appropriate persons or positions, actions, necessary supporting documents, and delivery time as major tasks to meet Oil and Gas regulatory requirements in China.

Coordinate all stakeholders to assure regulatory compliance and promote regulatory compliance awareness within CDB.

Facilitate workshops or meetings to resolve any compliance issues generated from routine works including developing actions tracker and coordinating actions closure.

Assist in organizing regulatory compliance committee to address new Oil and Gas regulatory requirements


Qualifications:

BS degree or above from an accredited university, major in business management, science, engineering, laws, or HES (Health, Environmental, Safety) preferred.
Capable of communicating professionally in English in daily work (read, speak, write)
5 – 15 years of experience in industry or government agency in coordination, technical review, meeting facilitation, and presentation of final deliverables.
Demonstration of experience and capability of managing technical registers and tracking corrective actions to final closure.
Demonstration of knowledge and experience in laws and regulations interpretation and regulatory compliance.
