1. Manage and execute various program that lead to improvements in quality, cost, delivery and overall efficiency, insure 100% follow up SWI operation, continuous improve quality both customer and internal PPM.
2. Make sure all equipment and tool under control to support normal production.
3. Take the responsibility of workshop 5S, good discipline, and EHS.
4. Responsible for developing the leadership skills of the Group Leaders through coaching, training, motivating and counseling, help them towards improvements.
5. Coordinate with other departments to be able to plan, lead, organize and control available resources to satisfy customers’ needs
6. Responsible for making annual manpower, equipment, and manufacturing cost budget
7. Other tasks assigned by senior management
