职位描述

所属部门：人力资源及业务运作部

岗位职责：

1、负责公司人力资源培训和员工教育工作；

2、负责编写公司人力资源培训发展内容，拟定月度、年度工作计划；

3、负责组织公司内的新员工岗前培训及在岗人员阶段性培训；

4、负责公司日常行政工作；

5、负责公司各种证照及荣誉牌的年审、换证工作；

6、负责公司固定资产盘点及管理；

7、负责公司各项报表资料的审核与传达；

8、负责公司年会、员工活动等的筹备组织；

9、完成上级交代的其他事务。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，2--3年企业培训及行政相关经验；

2、熟悉人员培训及行政工作流程；

3、根据部门需求，能开发培训课程；

4、良好的口头表达能力，熟悉办公软件；

5、责任心强，具有积极乐观的工作心态。
