The main missions of the role are该岗位的主要职责:
1. 产品信息文件夹的资料收集和整理
2. 生产报表表单，生产现场相关设备，生产，工艺记录表单归档和资料整理
3. 日常生产劳保用品和消耗的领取和发放，生产线劳保用品消耗品管理
4. 后勤、行政工作 。如订餐、领取员工资料、医药箱管理等等
5. 协助现场生产工作，必要时提供支援
6. 协助主管进行排班、加班安排，员工考勤监督和每月加班工时计算
7. 现场5S稽核及改善结果跟踪
8. 新员工入职、离职手续及物品发放
9. 合理化建议收集和改善进度跟踪
10. 内外部投诉及现场问题收集
11. 生产现场信息板内容完善和更新
12. 协助人事及生产主管安排培训和其它事宜

Basic requirement基本要求:
1. College degree大专
2. More than 2 years in first line management position in foreign invested manufacturing Co. Preferably injection Moulding 两年以上外企工作经验，注塑成型经验优先
3. Good at Microsoft Office 熟悉电脑办公软件

Special knowledge and skill特殊技能:
1. Basic knowledge of plastic 基本塑料产品知识
2. Good at communication and interaction with people.擅长于人际交流沟通
