职责:
前台
1. 电话接听:包括用户的投诉和咨询,为客户查询货物的发货和订货情况。
2. 接待来访用户
*维修用户,解决助听器使用过程中的小问题,销售助听器电池、配件。
*残联成人听力康复项目的用户上门验配或回访。
3. 货物收发:每天收包裹及发包裹,并记收发货日志。
客户服务
1. 负责维修、定制、耳模的系统录入及发货。进行发票开具。
2. 负责催收货款。
3. 每月进行库存盘店。
其他: 费用的报销。
要求:
1. 大专及以上学历;3年以上客服工作经验,产品销售客服工作经验优先;
2. 了解熟悉ERP系统操作者优先;
3. 有较强的客户服务意识;
4. 有优秀的团队合作能力,有良好的沟通技能;
5. 对人耐心、热情,有亲和力,高度的工作热情;
6. 良好的英语听说写能力;普通话及上海话流利,熟练使用计算机及Office软件。
Responsibilities:
Reception:
1. Answer the telephone: including customer complain and consult, provide the order delivery information ;
2. Receive the visiting customer:
3. Receive and deliver the cargo, keep the daily record;
Customer Service:
1. In charge of Data input of the maintenance, customization, ear molds entry system, order delivery, and the invoice;
2. Check the bill with customer;
3. Make the inventory monthly;
Others: in charge of reimbursement .
Requirements:
1. College degree, more than 3 years experience in customer service,sales related customer is a plus;
2. ERP experience is preferred;
3. Strong sense of customer service;
4. Excellent communication skill, and team work spirit;
5. With patient, enthusiasm and friendly;
6. Skilled at English and MS Office, fluent in both mandarin and Shanghai dialect.
