Must have Engineering and or Tool & Die Maker degree, diploma or equivalent experience / background.
a) 需要拥有工程，或者模具/冲压制造本科学历，学位证书或者相关经历和背景。
· Minimum 3 years related experience required in Chassis, Suspension components, stamping and welding knowledge is a must.
b) 至少有三年汽车底盘、悬架系统、冲压和焊接的相关工作经验。
· Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Shanghai General Motors (SGM) and detailed understanding of SGM and other OEM (Foreign and Domestic) Program & APQP processes, procedures and requirements.
c) 至少有三年上海通用项目的管理相关工作经验，详细的了解上海通用及其它主机厂(国外及国内)的项目及APQP的流程和需求。
· Must be able to read and fully interpret Engineering Drawings and Standards (Applicable GD&T knowledge preferred).
d) 能够阅读和完全解读英文图纸和相关的标准（能够理解GD&T更好）
· Intermediate computer skills in Spreadsheets, Word Processing, Microsoft Project, Internet, Flowcharts, and an understanding of Databases, MRP and CAD, software.
e) 能够熟悉操作相关的微软办公软件和理解数据库，电子物流系统和电脑制图等相关软件。
· High level of organizational skills required.
f) 要求有很好的相关组织能力
· Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively interact with outside customers, suppliers, and all levels of employees internally.
g) 很好的书写和口头交流能力，有效的和外部客户，供应商及公司内部不同级别的员工配合工作。
