Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
? Program CMM and Measuring parts and fixture:进行三次元编程，并量测产品及检具。
? Create measurement programs both manual and CNC according to part and fixture 3D data and GD&T
按照产品及检具数模进行三次元编程，程序是手动及自动两种。
? Measure parts on car direction and can judge the parts each futures conformity , and coordinate the right record format
? 按汽车坐标系量测产品，同时能判定产品各尺寸的符合性，并整理到要求的报告格式中。
? Measurement equipment and instruments calibration : 量测设备仪器校验
? Set up measurement equipment and instruments calibration plan. And organize external and internal calibration according to the plan in time
建立量测设备的校验计划, 并按计划及时进行设备的内部和外部校验。
? Gage R&R performed : 完成重复再现性报告
? Establish Gage R&R Plan( Variable or Attribute) based on the equipment type.
根据量具类别制订相应的计数型或计量型重复再现性报告。
? Perform Gage R&R and judge the system conformity accordingly
进行量具的重复再现性分析，同时判定测量系统的合格与否。
? Responsible for test equipment operation. like, Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM), Calipers, Micrometer, Indicator, Height Gauge, Pin Gauge, Feeler Gauge, Pitch Gauge, Radius Gauge, Block Gauge, Torque Wrench, And better to able to use Tensile tester, Hardness tester and etc
操作实验室设备仪器，如三次元，卡尺，千分尺，百分表，高度规，针规，塞尺，牙规，半径规，块规，扭力扳手，最好还会使用万能测试机，硬度测试机等。
? Records maintain 记录维护
? Responsible for documentation of testing standards, requirements, testing reports and testing specifications.
按照量测实验的标准，要求制定相应文件及量测报告。
? In sure all the measurement records, calibration reports and R&R records are classified clearly and kept orderly
要确保实验室的所有记录：如尺寸量测报告，各量具的校验报告及重复性/再现性报告要合理的分类并有序地保存(电脑或打印版)。
? Measurement equipment and instruments Preventative maintenance: 进行量测设备的预防性维护
? Clean equipment and instruments, make sure all devices are free with rusty and debris and containment according to the maintenance list
根据设备维护清单对设备进行清洁，确保没有赃物，碎屑，确保不能生锈。


Basic Requirements岗位基本要求:
? High school or Technical schools above
高中或机技校及以上学历。
? Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM) working experience is required (Hexagon preferred)
有三次元量测工作经验(最好会海克斯康品牌的)。
? Basic knowledge of PC , office and working knowledge of GD&T and MSA
熟练操作计算机及office办公软件，具备尺寸形位公差及量测系统分析知识。
? Able to read blueprints especially customer prints and 3D data.
能够读懂图纸特别是客户图;及产品三维图。
? Experience of management of Plant measuring Lab is preferred
有工厂实验室管理经验人员优先。
? Certification of measurement devices Internal Calibration is preferred
? 最好具有量具内部校验资格认证。
? High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, carefulness, patience
责任心强，有较强的自学能力，做事认真细心。
