职位描述

• Accomplish Payroll and related administrative activities.
• 实现薪酬计算和相关行政支持
• Process monthly payrolls for all employees as well as regular/irregular bonus runs; prepare all financial reports for Finance department and government agencies; manage company benefit programs associated with payroll (equipment allowances); transmit and distribute payroll in a timely manner
• 负责每月薪酬包括规则/不规则奖金计算.准备公司财务和政府机构所需报表, 管理公司与工资计算相关 (津贴等) 的福利项目，及时发放工资和工资单；
• Assist to management of labor service companies and pay related social insurance
• 协助对劳务公司进行管理和综合保险的缴纳；
• Monthly premium calculations and deductions, medical/injury claims, etc. and address related issues related to the employee benefits programs.
• 负责每月社会保险费计算和代扣代缴，医疗/工伤理赔及其他相关的员工福利项目；
• Prepare C&B reports and summaries.
• 准备薪酬福利报告和汇总
• Prepare monthly data for Human Resources Manager’s reports.
• 为人力资源经理的报告每月提供相关数据；
• Prepare monthly tax report.
• 负责每月税务报表；
• Prepare the yearly salary survey(Hewitt/Mercer) and review the salary structure and work out the proposal
• 完成年度薪酬调查，回顾公司薪资架构并提出建议方案
• Other duties as required, including special projects as assigned
• 包括特殊项目安排的其他必需的职责。

岗位要求

• Above bachelor degree
• 大学本科以上学历；
• Minimum 3 year directly related payroll processing experience and benefits experience, prefer oversea company experience in an automated environment
• 3年以上薪资福利工作经验，有跨国汽车行业公司同类工作经验者优先；
• Honesty and integrity, good sense of confidential
• 为人诚实正直，良好的保密意识
• Excellent communication skills at all levels (written & verbal)
• 良好的沟通技巧（书面与口头）；
• Excellent organizational and mathematical skills
• 极好的组织和计算技能；
• Ability to work to deadlines under pressure
• 具有一定承受压力的能力；
• Proficient in computer application such as Micro software
• 熟练操作计算机办公软件；
• Good English skill in both written and Oral

Cosma China / Cosma Automotive (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. Cosma China, start the business in China since 2005, our first facility located in Anting Auto Park in Shanghai, currently we have total 14 customers including NA like SGM, CFMA, Europe like SVW,FAW-VW, BMW, Benz, Fiat, Asia including Toyota, Honda and Hyundai/Kia. With the market growth we established Cosma Automotive (Chongqing) Co., Ltd as a WOFE this year, Our main product will cover both Chassis and body. Our facility located in Caijia Group, Beibei District of LiangJiang New Area, Chongqing plant is our 3rd plant in China, the production will be start in middle of 2012, the establishment of our Chongqing plant will continue our success in Middle West China.
