职位描述
Responsibilities:
The L&D curriculum administrator is responsible for providing assistance to team leader and relevant L&D managers on L&D curriculum administrative matters, especially during course planning and completion stages. 
Implement
- Know the L&D curriculum in terms of the course duration, internal or external venue, target participants, etc. for each course;
 - Work with the team member in producing delivery plans for the year, including the run date, time and venue, number of instructor and facilitators required, other resources required;
 - Assist in the curriculum planning and budgeting process, including the consolidation of the individual course budgets to the overall budgets;
 - Maintain all details of all courses within the curriculum on a regular or as needed basis;
 - Understand course logistics required for the course and ensure that they are properly communicated to and set up by the L&D officers;
 - Assist the team leader in the preparation of training costs forecast, projections and budget VS actual analysis;
 - Ensure all records in learning management system are properly updated by officer and approved by deployment managers;
 - Assist the team leader and all programme managers to prepare analyses as required;
 - Assist the team leader to coordinate the logistics for meetings including circulating the meeting details and agenda, keeping the minutes and following up with relevant managers on action points;
 - Maintain and update L&D curriculum related resources and databases;
 
Evaluation
- Assist the compilation of the instructor ratings for each instructor on all L&D courses;
 - Assist in the completion of the overall course reports;
 
Others
- Coach and supervise L&D team members to help them to excel and to further their professional development
 - Be flexible in response to changing priorities; and
 
This role may involve some LoS/industry/practice specific responsibilities, and these specific responsibilities will be provided by LoS team leaders or your line manager in a separate appendix. 
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline;
 - At least 2 years of experience in MNC, relevant experience in administration and course operation is preferred;
 - Good interpersonal, attention to details and analytical skills;
 - A team player who is self-motivated and passionate about the growth and development of the firm's human capital;
 - Proficiency in both oral and written English and Chinese; and
 - Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
