职位描述


RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Management:
? Assess the implications of Global HR policies and initiatives relative to domestic issues and adapts Group policies, programs and initiatives as necessary.
? Maintain updated HRM Plan for China operation
? Participate and control overall HR budget
? Prepare and control overall human resources programs
? Implement and assesses the health & safety program
? Coordinate with other function managers in planning & implementation of HR policies and procedures
? Develop and executes C&B policies and procedures.
? Maintain staff information records and personal documents, including job descriptions, employee handbook, employment letter.
? Foster effective communication between employee and management

? Manage the expatriates administration and domestic relocation process


Hiring Management:
? Lead recruitments process
? Manage the manpower planning and execution

? Advise management on human resources policies and practices.
? Review and recommend to management competitive practice on pay levels to ensure competitiveness
? Participate in salary survey


Training Management:
? Lead training development process
? Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of HR program
? Develop with Managers the yearly training schedule and get it approved before implementation


Talent Management:
? Facilitate the development of best practices to minimize employee turnover
? Provide Management with updated recommendations and analysis to improve employee turnover performance
? Support line managers to develop high potentials within the organization and manage the succession program


Labor Law:
? Ensure all the HR policies, procedures and practice are compliance with local labour laws and regulations


QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor degree or above similar in HR related field.
-At least 8 years of HR experience in an industrial environment within the country of responsibility.
-Strong background in Compensation and Labor Laws.
-Good knowledge in HR topics, such as talent management, management/employee development, organizational development.
-Excellent English language skills.
-Good at Communication, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Planning & Organizing
