职位描述
Responsibilities include:
-Overall all HR functions, including C&B, recruitment, employee relation
-Ensure the effective local implementation of corporate level HR initiatives and new programs
-Provide employees with fair and appropriate compensation and benefit, to ensure market competitiveness
-Administer human resources policies associated with payroll, salary administration and employee and labor relations.
-Oversee standard recruiting and procedures to ensure the company's staffing requirements are met in a timely manner, and interview management level candidates.
-Foster effective communication between employees and management
-Create and maintain staff information records and personnel documents, such as job descriptions, employee handbooks and employment letters.
-Ensure all employee programs are in compliance with labor low.
-Other duties and projects organized by HRD and/or global & regional HR.
Requirements:
-University degree, major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related
-At least 8 years working experiences in HR function in retail, fashion, luxury, FMCG, and/or service industries.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong project management, analysis & problem solving capability
-Good English capability
