职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.To provide organization development solution to top management and related departments.

2.To implement detail action to improve efficiency of the organization.
2.To design organization and post according to business development and process improvement.
3.To update timely organization structure and post description with the business development.
4.Succession management. To build and improve succession management tool and facilitate the succession management and competency development process.
5.To drive Change management process with the organization adjustment.
6.OD projects.

7.To act as bridge between HR and business units. To provide consultation to business unit on OD related matters.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Psychology or Human Resources Management
2.At least 8 years experience in Organization Development, process improvement or people development.
3.Having good understanding in Organization Development, Performance Management, people development, Recruitment Management and leadership development will be plus.
4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5.Able to present facts ,analysis and recommendations systematically
6.Can-do attitude, Ability to work independently under pressure with aggressive deadlines
7.Excellent presentation skills, facilitation skills, and communication skills
