A Leading European Company FMCG Industry
Job functions:
- Lead the sourcing of Capex and service projects, mainly categories are Capex, IT, MRO, HR service etc.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and implement the sourcing and bidding process
- Seek, support or lead any cross CBU synergy projects and big projects (more than 100K EUR)
- Proactively work with stakeholders to know the needs and requirements, add value to business
- Ensure all daily procurement activities are strictly aligned with company purchasing policy and procedures.
- Properly categorize all the indirect materials, and develop a SMART purchasing system of indirect materials to improve staff working efficiency and reduce non-value add work.
- Work with users closely to rationalize material spec., safety stock level, reduce order frequency and shorten supply lead-time and improve service level to users.
- Optimize information share system to share after services & guarantee period of purchased equipment, machine, spare parts and consumable with user function in intranet.
- Seek saving opportunity and deliver annual saving objectives.
- Provides monthly analytical report of procurement of assigned items in user function and evaluate suppliers' performance.
- Monthly/annual spending analysis and annual supplier, price, contract review/renewal of indirect materials.
- Provide proper training, coaching to team staffs to set up customer awareness and improve staff working knowledge and working skills.
Requirements:
- University diploma or above, majoring in commercial, international trading, business management etc.
- Over 4 years' procurement experiences indirect materials purchasing in multinational companies (FMC companies are preferred).
- At least 2 year's managerial experience in multinational companies.
- Proven sourcing and projects experience in at least 3 categories listed above
- High integrity and ethic behavior

- Deep knowledge of the relevant supplier markets
- Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
