Our client is a leading global food and beverage company which operates in five continents owning many famous international brands. Since the end of the 1980s, our client began to develop the production and business in China extensively by investing in building factories. Together with its fast-paced business expansion in China, they are now seeking for a suitable caliber to fill the following vacancy based in China.

Responsibilities: ·

- Own the raw material and packaging related material sourcing & purchasing, ensure the delivery on quantity and quality by developing and managing strategic relationship with suppliers

- Source and lead the brand/project purchasing process at country as well as regional business unit level with the cooperation of marketing, finance & R&D etc.
- Develop strategic partnership with key or potential brand/project supplier;
- Guild and co-work with functional purchasing managers in NPL

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Science, Msc/MBA will be a plus

- 8 years or above in purchasing and supplier development, experience of buying diversity goods & business, experience of NPL, MNC with FMCG background will be a plus
- Ingredient or other raw material sourcing experience is optional
- Aggressive, self-motive, strategic thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office

- Excellent in verbal and written communication skill in both English and Chinese

- Travelling 15% - 20%
