职位描述
岗位职责:
1、按具体要求及时编制、更新行政政策;
2、管理与维护公司档案资料,包括公司资质证件、厂房及设备的图纸和资料、会计凭证、商务合同等资料;
3、执行公司办公用品管理制度,、劳动防护用品的保管和发放,建立领用登记台帐,并保持帐目清晰;
4、建立公司办公设备(传真机、复印机、投影仪、计算机、打印机等)和办公家具设施(办公桌、椅、橱柜、固定设施等)档案,办理领用登记,并协调处理办公设备和家具设施的维修与保养;
5、核算与监控公司的行政费用开支并及时汇报超支情况相关数据;
6、接待公司来访者,协调约会时间安排及细节事项;
7、接听、转接打入公司总机的来电,做好留言记录,维护总机服务,确保公司总机服务的通畅和高效;
8、根据各部门用车需求及来访情况,调度公务车完成接送任务;
9、为公司员工及来访客人办理订购机票、车、船票手续,并负责结清帐款;
10、为来访客人办理住宿酒店预订及公司员工外出酒店预订,保持帐目清晰;
11、订阅、购买各部门所需的报刊、书籍,并负责收、发公司邮寄函件;
12、保管公司办公室、办公桌的备用钥匙;
13、为公司员工提供后勤服务,包括保安管理,名片、信封、信纸的定制、工作餐、饮用水、办公区域清洁、办公环境绿化、美化等,以确保良好的工作环境;
14、按具体要求协助主管完成公关协调工作,包括内外联络与协调、文稿编撰与校对、信息发布、资料存档及相关会务安排等;
15、完成上级主管安排的其他后勤行政事务。

1、大专本科及以上学历;
2、能熟练使用办公软件;
3、1年以上相关工作经验;
4、良好的组织协调能力,学习能力强;
