岗位职责：
1、按具体要求及时编制、更新行政政策；
2、管理与维护公司档案资料，包括公司资质证件、厂房及设备的图纸和资料、会计凭证、商务合同等资料；
3、执行公司办公用品管理制度，、劳动防护用品的保管和发放，建立领用登记台帐，并保持帐目清晰；
4、建立公司办公设备（传真机、复印机、投影仪、计算机、打印机等）和办公家具设施（办公桌、椅、橱柜、固定设施等）档案，办理领用登记，并协调处理办公设备和家具设施的维修与保养；
5、核算与监控公司的行政费用开支并及时汇报超支情况相关数据；
6、接待公司来访者，协调约会时间安排及细节事项；
7、接听、转接打入公司总机的来电，做好留言记录，维护总机服务，确保公司总机服务的通畅和高效；
8、根据各部门用车需求及来访情况，调度公务车完成接送任务；
9、为公司员工及来访客人办理订购机票、车、船票手续，并负责结清帐款；
10、为来访客人办理住宿酒店预订及公司员工外出酒店预订，保持帐目清晰；
11、订阅、购买各部门所需的报刊、书籍，并负责收、发公司邮寄函件；
12、保管公司办公室、办公桌的备用钥匙；
13、为公司员工提供后勤服务，包括保安管理，名片、信封、信纸的定制、工作餐、饮用水、办公区域清洁、办公环境绿化、美化等，以确保良好的工作环境；
14、按具体要求协助主管完成公关协调工作，包括内外联络与协调、文稿编撰与校对、信息发布、资料存档及相关会务安排等；
15、完成上级主管安排的其他后勤行政事务。

岗位要求：
1、大专本科及以上学历；
2、能熟练使用办公软件；
3、1年以上相关工作经验；
4、良好的组织协调能力，学习能力强；
