Credit Card Sales Leader 信用卡销售主管

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Establish credit card direct sales team
-Lead sales team to deliver business goal
-Conduct team training, motivation and coaching to improve sales productivity
-Lead and coach team to deliver excellent service and ensure sales quality
-Work with product manager in sales training, process and fulfillment
-Build risk concept to sales team to cooperate with risk management to maintain satisfied service quality
-Ensure sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory framework


KEY REQUIREMENTS
-Excellent sales coaching skill and management skill
-Minimum 2 years of direct sales or 1 year sales management experience in credit card/ insurance/ personal loan or related finance products
-Excellent service and working attitude, able to perform under pressure, is sales driven and able to motivate and coach effective
-Strategic in thinking, meticulous and disciplined in execution
-Possess knowledge of risk management
