Key Responsibilities 关键职责	· Under the management and leading by project manager, execute project preparation, design management, design review, procurement and tender assessment works 在项目经理的管理和带领下， 执行项目的准备、设计管理、设计图纸的审核， 招投标管理和评标工作。 · Assist the site manager, to ensure the progress, quality and the safety of on-site structure, decoration and the outdoor construction. 协助现场经理管理现场结构、装修、室外工程等的进度、质量、安全等。 Involve in the inspection of key procedure of the construction and the first and final check and acceptance of completed construction project. 参加重要工序、部位的验收，以及项目工程竣工初验和竣工验收。 Inspect the progress of the construction; supervise the construction company according to the construction plan. Involve in the production plan and the production meeting. 检查施工进度，督促施工单位按计划组织施工；参与生产计划的安排，参加公司召开的生产会议。 Build a good relationship with the government bureau and related companies in order to get construction permit and related certificate. 配合公司处理好有关政府主管部门、业务单位的对外联络、业务接待工作，办理有关的报建审批，取得相应的证照手续。 Complete other work assigned by the Company. 完成公司安排的其他工作。
Qualifications 任职资格	Education & Qualification教育及资质 Bachelor degree in engineering or above 工程专业本科或以上学历 Knowledge & Experience知识及经验 Be familiar with PRC codes/regulations for construction 熟悉国家现行的工程规范和相关法规 o Excellent computer skill, excellent professional software operation skill (estimating software, AutoCAD etc.) 熟练的办公及专业软件应用技能，熟练的专业软件应用技能（预算软件，AUTOCAD等） o Good English is preferred 英语良好者优先考虑 o Able to travel frequently and station on construction site 能够经常出差及常驻施工现场 o Project management working experience will be plus. 有项目管理公司经验者优先考虑 General Skill综合能力 o Good communication and coordination skill 良好的沟通和协调能力 o Good team cooperation and management competence 良好的团队合作能力 o Work hard, steadfastly and carefully; have outgoing personality; can deal with affairs in a mature and steady way 工作认真踏实细致，性格开朗，为人处事成熟稳重

    URBAN & MOBILITY

    As the world is more and more urbanised, the challenge is to ensure that the world is sustainable by providing efficient transportation and green buildings. To meet this converging market, Transportation and Construction Services were merged into a new business group Urban & Mobility. With this integration, Poyry aims to strengthen its ability to respond to the increasing need for solutions driven by population growth and urbanisation, in areas such as urban development, real estate development, transport planning, rail and road infrastructure, construction management and building design using the global platforms of this business group.

    WATER & ENVIRONMENT

    Water is one of the most critical issues facing the world and one that directly impacts health, food and livelihood. Here, too, the world faces huge challenges. The Water & Environment business group will spearhead Poyry's vision to become a leading service provider for the entire water cycle and to mitigate environmental degradation.

    MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

    The Management Consulting business group was formed by merging the management consulting businesses in the Forest Industry and Energy business groups. They currently employ around 450 management consultants in total. The target is to double the size of the business in about five years and to expand management consulting services into areas that have synergies with the rest of the Poyry group. The business group has a strong link to our engineering as part of the total offering.
