Human Resource Manager
The role guides and manages all HR management functions for a start-up consulting company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. In charge of the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, procedures and programs, ensuring the establishment and improvement of the HR function and administrative system.
2. Draft effective HR strategies to meet the company's strategic goals, make recruiting procedures, developing the team to suit the business needs.
3. Advise to the Managerial board on HR management and the organisiton sturcture, keep HR and admin costs at a reasonable level
4. Establish with ongoing improvement the corporate culture, salary and benefits package, performance management etc.
5. Any other ad hoc tasks as requied by the general manager.
Essential Requirements:
1. A master's degree or above from top universities (211 or equivalent) in majors of administration management, HR management, Business management or related; fluent in Madarin and English, CET6 or equivalent a minimum, overseas background desirable.
2. Minimal 5 years experience at a similar position, of which 2 years involving in recruitment required; be familiar with recruiting procedures and channels with excellent hirings skills; good knowledge of related employment laws and regulations; good knowledge of local salary ranges.
3. An excellent team worker with high level of responsibilites and professional ethics.
4. Excellent skills in communication, organisation, interpersonal relations, obersavation and judgement; excellent writing skills; ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
5. Advanced user in office softwares, word, ppt, excel etc; ideally with ERP or OA experiences.
6. Experiences in overseas hirings desirable.

3. 具有良好的职业道德和职业操守,良好的团队合作意识。
4、优秀的语言表达及沟通能力,协调能力、亲和力,敏锐的洞察能力和分析判断力;优秀的写作功底;有热情,愿意在创业型公司拓练自己,执行能力强,能在压力下工作。
5. 熟练使用office办公系统,word, ppt, excel等,有ERP和OA项目经验者尤佳;
6. 有外企和海外招聘经验者优先,海归优先。
