主要职责Key Responsibility:
To establish a high degree of excellent in our Guest rooms, suites and corridors, ensuring the Customer receives only the highest standard of services that are equal to the high level of Guest and Management expectations.
建立出色的服务理念在我们的客房、套房、楼道，确保让我们的客人收到高标准的服务，服务是平等的高水平管理期望
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作 :
◆Responsible for training of all Room Attendants. 负责为所有员工培训
◆Ensure all floors are stocked properly and adherence to all pars。 确保所有楼层物品妥善存储符合标准
◆Ensure all china, glass and silver is in excellent condition and is maintained at all times. 确保所有的陶瓷、杯子和电镀清洁直保持良好的状态。
◆Ensure the standards of Guest rooms is equal to our high degree of excellence.确保客房服务合乎酒店服务的最高标准
◆Nspect and complete inspection reports. 检查房间和完成检查工作报告
◆Immediately report any damaged scene or any reported by Room Attendant so the corridors and equipment are kept to the high standards. 立即报告任何损坏的地方或 客房服务员的报告以便走廊和设备都保持最高标准
◆Report any burned out lights, other than what the Room Attendants are to replace. 报告任何灯坏，除非服务员已经解决了
◆Any engineering issues should be reported directly to the housekeeping coordinator任何工程问题应直接报告给客房协调员
◆Ensure Lost & Found items are turned directly in to the housekeeping office on a daily basis. These items are never to be left on the floor overnight.确保客人遗留物品每天交到客房部办公室，不能留在楼层
◆Keep halls clear of trash, soiled linen, cribs and other Guest service equipment. 保持大厅清洁无垃圾，布巾无污染，婴儿床及其他设备完好
◆Be responsible for the input of all status of Guest rooms. 负责所有的房间状态
◆Ensure Room Attendant is working at all times and that Room Attendants are fully equipped with the supplies that they need to take care of the Guest. 确保服务员在任何时间工作时都有充足的用品提供给有需要的客人
◆Exhibit a high degree of gracious hospitality, greet Customers at all times and exhibit 。展现高度的殷勤好客
◆Complete any special assignment, directed by the executive housekeeper or Asst. executive housekeeper完成行政管家和行政副管家分派的特殊工作。
◆Housekeeping supervisors will be responsible for reporting the performance of associates in their area to the executive housekeeper and Asst. executive housekeeper客房部主管将负责区域员工的表现报告给行政管家和行政副管家。
◆ Ensure associates grooming are checked before beginning of their shift and maintain throughout their shift.在上班前和上班时检查员工的仪容仪表。
◆ Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is practiced and carried out during / when in hotel property.在酒店要严格执行卫生标准
