职位描述
工作内容:
1、 认真贯彻执行公司的管理规定；
2、 具备良好的客户服务意识，对客户使用公司云服务过程中出现的各种技术问题及时响应，积极协调并跟踪完成问题的解决，满足客户的合理技术需求；
3、 监控并维护云平台及相应附加云服务系统的正常运行，及时解决系统运行中出现的各种技术问题；
4、 协助销售团队对客户的云服务需求进行技术方面的分析及建议；
5、 协助产品部门对新产品进行测试，部署，维护等工作；
6、 进行部分云服务产品的研发及客户支持；
7、 完善公司云计算系统服务体系，不断改进云计算售后技术支持服务规范；
任职资格:
教育背景:
本科以上学历，计算机技术相关专业优先，英文能力良好；
经验:
3年以上相关工作经验；
技能技巧:
熟悉Citrixx XenApp, XenDesktop, Xenserver技术，有安装配置经验，有CCA认证有先；
熟悉Windows，Linux等操作系统的安装，操作，系统管理，软硬件配置等。
熟悉 软硬件系统集成，HA等配置相关知识；
熟练备份/恢复/负载平衡，性能调优，数据库监控和故障排除等技能者优先。；
熟悉TCP/IP协议，熟悉路由、交换、防火墙、VPN等网络技术；
具备良好的文档编写能力和较好的交流能力；
态度:
高度的责任心、进取心和学习能力，能承受压力，能够很快掌握新技术；
